If you are interested in studying Hebrew in Israel, you can find several Ulpan programs that include housing. these include the Tel Aviv University Ulpan, The Hebrew University Ulpan (in Jerusalem) and the Beit Brodetsky Ulpan (in Tel Aviv). These are usually intensive courses that span 5 - 6 months where you will be able to gain skills in Hebrew along with new immigrants and students from around the world.
