Computer science and angineering are taught separately

it is not quite clear from your question: are you looking for B.Sc. undergraduate programs in computer science\engineering - or are you interested in a degree in education in order to teach computers in schools?
Also - I should note that in Israel, computer science and computer engineering are taught as two separate degrees, not together.

If you are looking for B.Sc. computer science in English, you can find such programs at IDC Herzliya, as part of their international school. You can read more about it in the link below my answer. As for Graduate studies in computer science, you can find those degrees at Weizmann institute, The Technion or Ben Gurion University.
