Music Theory scholarship

Greetings from Egypt :) ,,

I am Journalist, and I am 28 years old, I know it's not the suitable age to fulfill my dream in music world, but when I knew that there is something called "Music theory", and watching many videos about it, I started to apply it's basics on electronic Music after downloading "FL Studio", I tried to find any school here in Egypt to learn me "Music Production" and Film Scoring using "Music theory", and "Sound design", but unfortunately I didn't find in my country any school that teachs "Music theory".

There is many studios here in Egypt that can teach me music theory, but it's not academically professional and it's expensive and I can't afford it's cost.

I just need help, I want to study "Music theory" and "Sound design" to become professional in Film Scoring, and I don't know what to do, I need professionals to teach me, I won't let you down I promise.

All of my dreams right now is to have one opportunity in music world, just one real opportunity.. I am a fast learner and I will make an enormous effort and progress while learning.
If you can help me in this, I want to travel to Israel and have the opportunity to learn music production, I can't pay for it, and I know it's one life time opportunity, but I can do anything, I can work besides my education to afford my personal costs.

I just need anyone to provide a free education to a guy all of his dreams is to take part in Music world and engage with sound materials.
I just need a free education opportunity, I don't need anything else, I can even use any kind of help you can offer, even if it will be Just Online courses, that's it, that's all I need, and I promise you will proud of me.

If you can't help me with this; I will need your advice, what shall I do to go deeper in Film scoring or music production?, I am teaching myself but I am hunger for a professional method, any help please?.
