Hello Achyut,

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer special BA programs for international students. Among those you can find a few which offer BA programs in business administration: IDC Hertzelia, The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University and more.

Admission is different for each school which offer the program but in all institutions in the candidate did not finish his high school studies at an English speaking country he will have to pass an English proficiency test, like TOEFL (with a grade of 550 or more).
High SAT (or another standardized test) scores are considered as well.
