B.A. in business administration in israel

I'm Shuaib Almosawa, a freelance Yemeni journalist and I'd like to know more about getting B.A. in business administration. Main thing is to know exactly how much it would coast to get the undergraduate degree (tuition, housing, etc.). The one seeking the degree is my nephew, Ibrahim Alhadrami, who graduated from High school this year. So, I'd like to make sure he's admitted to a college where he can learn both English and Hebrew.
