Can you please give me information on details regarding on how to join the agriculture university, form step1 till the end, when does it start, what needs to be done, and are there any advantages for minorities
First of all it's important to say that we do not have any international bachelor degree programs in agriculture, only master degree program so if you still don't have your bachelor degree you'll have to get one before applying.
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more. In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is the field of agriculture.
Each of the institutions I've mentioned offers different scholarships for international students who can't afford the tuition so you'll have to contact them directly to get all the information about those scholarships.
I've attached a link at the bottom of my message where you can find a link, once you'll click it, it will send you to an article about the different programs you can choose from and more information about the admission, institutions and more.
