You haven't mentioned it so i'm guessing you are not fluent in Hebrew so there is no real connection between your alyia and your degree - you'll have to apply for an international master program.

Regarding the program you've mentioned - As far as i know there is no msc in geology and geotechnical engineering in Israel. Only a master degree program in agriculture sciences which include geology.
You can find more information about the program I've mentioned in the article I've attached as a link at the end of my message but if you're looking for an engineering degree i'm not sure it ill meet your needs.
