Hello Drishya,

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different degree programs in chemistry, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University, The Technion and The Ben Gurion University.

As far as i know most of those institutions have opened a chemistry phd program before but in order to find out if it's still relevant you'll have to contact them directly.
