Hello,

The Ben Gurion University offers an international M.D program for students who already finished their pre med studies.
All candidates must present a GPA score that should be around 3.4. and students must also submit their MCAT scores with a score of 27 or above.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs and schools you can choose from (including the Ben Gurion University) and i advise you to contact at least a few of them directly to see if you can apply because most of the schools accept only candidates from the US or Canada.
