Agriculture short courses

In Israel you can find a few schools and institutions which offer different short term courses in agriculture, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
I'm not sure they have exactly those courses you were looking for but i advise you to contact them anyway because they might be able to offer you a combination of a few courses that will cover everything.

Each one of those schools and institutions offers a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise you to contact all of them to get the most information.
