I'm not sure i understood your question but i'll try and if you'll have any other questions please feel free to contact us at any time.

If you wish to study a specific program in a specific institute all you have to do is go on their website and find out what is the admission.
If you have everything you need (diplomas, academic and or work experience and more) you can also apply through the internet or phone - you don't have to come to Israel only to apply or get the admission.
