MBBS programs in Israel
Hello Suzie,
To my knowledge there are no degree called MBBS in Israel but there are 4 year medical programs that fit international students.
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer special medical programs for international students. Among them you can find he Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa and the Ben Gurion University.
All programs are open to students who finished or about to be finished their undergraduate pre-med studies All institutes wants the candidates to present a GPA score that should be around 3.4. and students must also submit their MCAT scores with a score of 27 or above.
Iv'e attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs and schools you can choose from and i advise you to contact at least a few of them to see if you can apply because most of the schools accept only candidates from the US or Canada.
Regarding your question about working in Israel - As an international student you can work up to 20 hours a week, when most students go to work in restaurants or bars because it goes well with the student life. If you wish to work here most places will ask you to speak at least basic Hebrew if not higher so it might take you some time but you could also apply for jobs in hotels which will be happy to have a native in other languages.
