The Tel Aviv University and The University of Haifa offer an M.A program in national security and terrorism in Israel.

The program is in English and it includes Modern Strategic Thought, Arab-Israeli Conflict, International Powers and the Middle East and more.
The programs are open to students and candidates who completed their undergraduate degree in history or social sciences with a GPA of 80 (3.0) or above.
All courses are in English so the candidates must present or pass pass an English proficiency test.

Regarding your question about working during the school year - international students can work only 20 hours a week according to their Visa permits so you have to take that into consideration but beside that there is no reason why you couldn't work and study at the same time.
