First, let me point out that in Israel, academic institutions do not grant M.Res degrees, but rather M.A degrees (master’s degree in social sciences and the humanities), and M.Sc (Master’s in exact sciences and life sciences).

Regarding scholarships, most academic institutions in Israel offer scholarships for international students, these include merit-based scholarships (based on outstanding academic achievements), and needs-based scholarships offered according to socio-economic challenges. I would advise you to contact the Universities’ financial aid department, usually within the Dean of students. However, let me point out that you will usually only be able to apply for these scholarships after admission to the program of your choice. In addition, Scholarships may also be available from organizations which are external to the universities, such as MASA, HAIS (for Olim), and more.
