The Ben Gurion University offers a few degree programs for international students in her geological and environmental department.
Unfortunately i can't help you physically apply but i can help you with the process that's being made almost entirely through the university website.
In order to apply you'll have to first choose a track - bachelor, master or PhD and than send them all the documents they ask for after you pay the admission fees.
