Professional farming is a subject that a few schools and institutions in Israel offer as a part of agriculture training programs.
Among those institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each institution offer different courses, for example: agricultural meteorology, rural agriculture, agriculture education and more.

I advise you to contact all of them because as i said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't.
