As far as i know the only program offered by the University of Haifa in English is the MA program in social work so there's no need for the SAT scores only the following: an undergraduate degree with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0, Copy of transcript and diploma, Proven competence in English, 2 or 3 letters of recommendation, CV, medical forma and a copy of your passport.

Hebrew program for a social work degree in Haifa

If you are fluent in Hebrew (reading, writing and talking) you can apply to the bachelor degree program in The University of Haifa.
The program is a 3 year program and the students attend school 5-6 days a week.
In order to apply you need to be at least 20 years old and present a (Israeli) SAT scores of 590-600 or more an Israeli high school diploma and pass a personal interview.
