Do people from India have to give English Proficiency Exam?
Is India considered an English Speaking country, atleast those of us who are educated in English? Do we have to give an English Proficiency exam?

Israel, like India is an English speaking country and most people speak the language in a very high level but only native countries are excluded from the test - student who come from countries where English is not the first language are required to pass the test.

Admission for a master in agriculture in Israel
Hello Shravani,

In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more.
In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS.
Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is the field of agriculture.

There are a few institutions in Israel that offer MSc in agriculture sciences for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
