I earned my masters degree at Tel Aviv Univeristy in International Security and Diplomacy. I am looking to either continue on to a PhD or find a fellowship or research position in this field

Hello Samantha,

Because you've already studies in Israel i think it will be much easier for you to find a fellowship or a Phd program that will fit your needs.
I advise you to contact the Tel Aviv University so they could help you find an adviser for Phd or a fellowship that continues your studies with them.
To my knowledge this is the best way to find a program that will serve you the best otherwise you'll have to find a Phd adviser on your own and it's much harder as an international student.
