If you are a doctor and you wish to specialize in pediatric you'll have to contact the different teaching hospitals in Israel and apply for their program.
It's important to know that the hospitals in the center of Israel (Hadassah in Jerusakem, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot) are much more poplar so it's harder to get in than those situated in the south or north of the country (Soroka in Beer Sheva, Rambam In Haifa and Ziv in Sefad).
