The medical programs in Israel do not work like other places in the World - In Israel you can choose as an Israeli to do all 7 years as "one" degree or as an international student to first finish you pre-med studies and than come to Israel and finish the rest.
There are a few institutions in Israel that offer medical study programs for international students, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa, the Ben Gurion University and more.
And as I've said, in order to apply you must first complete your pre med studies.
Candidates need to present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27.
