There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs in the field of agriculture - all in English especially for international students, visitors and professionals.
Among those institutes: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute have different programs, some shorter or longer than others so Iv'e attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
You should know that most institutions I've mentioned will like to see academic and professional experience in agriculture so if you're missing one of them it might be a bit harder for you to get accepted.

I advise you to contact all of them because as i said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't.
