Applying for a degree in Israel
Hello Shailesh,
You have reached an international students forum so unfortunately u can't email or call or give you any of my contact information but i can offer you most of the information you've asked about here. There are a few institutions in Israel that offer MSc in agriculture sciences for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In order to apply for a Master in agriculture in Israel all candidates must finish their first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more. In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is the field of agriculture. Regarding the visa you'll have to contact the Israeli embassy in India to find out what is the exact process but in most countries the whole process takes at least 6 months because you have to apply for a students visa, show that you have the funds (or that you are receiving a scholarship), get accepted, pass all the bureaucratic process and only then you'll get the students visa. In The bottom of my message you can find a link, once you'll click it it will send you to an article about the different programs your sister can choose from and more information about the admission, institutions and more.
