There are a few schools in Israel that offer Hebrew courses, among them: Ulpan Kibbutzim that takes place in no less than 8 different kibbutzim in Israel, The Hebrew University, Levinsky College and more but in my opinion the best one for you will be the Ulpan Gordon that offers that studies free for new immigrants.
