You have reached an international forum that does not work with a specific institute so it's a bit difficult for me to help you get all the information you need without knowing exactly where is it you wish to study

There are a few schools and institutions in Israel that offer different short, long term courses and training programs in the field of agriculture - all in English especially for international students, visitors and professionals.
Among those institutes: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute offer different programs, some shorter or longer than others, some offer financial aid and scholarships and some don't so Iv'e attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.

I advise you to contact all of them because as i said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't.
