As far as i know there are no official programs for international interns in accounting in Israel so the best option for you is really to just google the type of intern you're looking for and contact those who come up directly.
There is also the option of an internship program via non-academic providers: Those internship programs are offered to students from all over the world by different organizations.
Some of them like The Jewish Agency also offer financial aid and scholarships to help the interns settle in .
