If i understand correctly from your message you already finished all your medical studies (6/7 years) and you're looking for a fellowship or an internship in Israel - Please correct me if i'm wrong and i'll try to help you.

As a foreign graduate you'll have to pass the USMLE or the Israel board exam in order to apply for an internship or a fellowship in Israel.
Once you'll pass one of them (if you choose the USMLE you must pass step 1 and step 2 ck - there is no obligation to pass the rest) you can apply to any hospital in Israel for a position.
