There are a few institutes in Israel that offer post doc and fellowships position in Israel, among them a few that offer agriculture program - The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, University of Haifa, The Tel Aviv University and The Ben Gurion University.
Most institutes offer a two year program, in English for candidates that already completed their PhD (candidates must complete their PhD prior to applying),
