There are a few institutes and schools in Israel that offer different training programs for international students and visitors, among them those who offer different courses from the field of agriculture: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different programs so Iv'e attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise you to contact all of them because as i said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't.
