Study Hebrew in Israel
Hello Prince Osei,
There are a lot of schools and institutes in Israel that offer Hebrew courses in different levels for international students and visitors, among them: Ulpan Gordon, Levinsky College, Ulpan Israeli, IDC Herzliya and The Tel Aviv University. I can't say exactly what is the cost of a course because each institutes offers different courses and usually only public institutes offer financial aid for international students so it's better to contact them first. I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article that offer a few more institutes you can choose from and i advise you to contact at least half of them so you could choose the one that offers you the best scholarship.
