how can i gain admission a masters programme in agronomy with lower credit in post graduate diploma agronomy at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna state, Nigeria.

Hello Gideon,

If you don't have the necessary grades to get in to an Israeli university for a master program in agriculture sciences you will have to contact each institute separately to find out if they can offer you a few courses that could help you complete what you're missing.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different institutes that offer a master program in agriculture sciences so you could choose those you think are best for you.
