As i told you in my previous messages there are a few universities in Israel that offer master's degree programs in agriculture sciences for international students. Among those institutes you can find The Weizmann Institute of Science, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and The Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
In general , all institute have the same basic requirements - they all ask the candidates to present an undergraduate degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any other related fields with a GPA of 80 or higher. Students that did not come from an English speaking country, they must pass an English proficiency test like TOEFL (with a score of 89) or IELTS (6.7).

All those institutes also offer financial aid for students that come from countries that are considered poor or in crisis so i'm sure each and every one of them could offer you the help you need.
