There are a few institutes in Israel that offer PhD studies for international students.
Among those institutes you can find: The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University, The Technion, The University of Haifa, The Tel Aviv university and more.

Candidates must finish a Masters thesis track in a known academic institution in the world, their grade average must be at least 80 (B), and the thesis grade must be 85 or higher (the equivalent of "Very Good").

Each of the institutes iv'e mentioned also offer different scholarships and funding options for those they accept so i advise you to contact them directly so they can give you all the information you need about the different programs and scholarships.

Thanks for your revert but I had a query that I had completed MBA and having work experience also.so can I go for PhD directly or I have to do some study first.

If you already finished your MBA you can try to apply to a PhD program in Israel.
There are a few universities that offer PhD programs for international students in Israel - The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University, The Technion, The University of Haifa, The Tel Aviv university and more.
