Irrigation studies in Israel
Hello Daniel,
There are a few universities in Israel that offer master's degree programs in agriculture sciences (that include irrigation studies) for international students. Among those universities: The Weizmann Institute of Science, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and The Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Each institute offer different admission but in general they all ask the candidates to present an undergraduate degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any other related fields with a GPA of 80 or higher. Students that did not come from an English speaking country, they must pass an English proficiency test like TOEFL (with a score of 89) or IELTS (6.7).
All those institutes also offer financial aid for students that come from countries that are considered poor or in crisis so i'm sure each and every one of them could offer you the help you need.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the admission and different institutes you can choose from and i advise you to contact them directly so you could choose the best one for you - The one that can offer you the best financial aid.
how can i apply for scholarship
As I said, I am RWANDAN student , i have graduate my bachelor's degree in August 2014 in Agriculture Engineering and Environmental Science/Soil and Water Management/ Irirgation and Drainage with grade of 13.6/20. Now i am doing internship here in Israel with the collaboration of AGROSTUDIES and RUPPIN campus.
In fact, doing internship here, it is a good chance for my country because ,i get many things more practices than theories, therefore, i am inspired with AGRICULTURE TECHNOLOGIES like Drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, mechanization, pest control, net for protecting the crops against ice during winter season, green house, mulching, post harvest technologies, picking, storing.... In all, i want to continue my studies in AGRICULTURE domains for improving my skills and knowledge. I see the link but i ask who can be my mentor to help me? I can do it my self, but i see that it requires my things.
Thank you.
SHABBAT SHALOM!

Each institute offer a different scholarship
Hello Daniel,
As I've mentioned There are a few universities in Israel that offer master's degree programs in agriculture sciences and each of those universities offer different financial aid options for international students. Before you start applying for a scholarship you need to choose a university and then contact them directly to get all the information about the scholarships and financial aid they can offer you.
Regarding the mentor - his job is to help you with the academic requirements and he doesn't have a lot to do with the scholarships.
