There are a few institutes and schools in Israel that offer different short and long term courses for international students and/or visitors.
Among them you can find The Hebrew University that offers a 25 days course in Beekeeping.
The Israeli ministry of foreign affairs "Mashav" program offers a full scholarships for international students.
Usually applicants from developing countries receive these scholarships so you have a good chance.

Admission Requirements for Beekeeping Training
Hello Kitsa,

The admission requirements for the beekeeping course at the Hebrew University include: A B.Sc undergraduate degree in agriculture, animal science, or similar fields, and a score of 89 and above in the TOEFL exam, for non-English speakers.
