I didn't really understood what you're looking for so it's a bit hard for me to help you.
Are you looking for a master degree in agriculture or an adviser that will help you open your business?

If you're looking for a degree - there are a few institutes in Israel that have special M.Sc. programs in agriculture for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Weizmann Institute of Science and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Each of those institutes offers different admission but in general they all ask the candidates to present an undergraduate degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any other related fields with a GPA of 80 or higer. Students that did not come from an English speaking country, they must pass an English proficiency test like TOEFL (with a score of 89) or IELTS (6.7).
