As far as i know there are no English architecture programs in Israel for international students. If you speak Hebrew in an academic level i would love to present all the programs you can chose from.
If you are open to a student exchange program i'm sure we could also help you find a great institute in Israel but as far as a whole degree program they exist only in Hebrew (in that field).

I do not speak hebrew in an academic level. Is there any program to learn how to speak it so that I can shortly after take my courses in hebrew?

Study Hebrew in Israel
Hello Hadassah,

If you want to study in Israel you can start with an Hebrew course but keep in mind it takes a while to get to an academic level (at least a year).
There are a few institutes in Israel that offer different Hebrew courses in different levels so I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about them.
At the same time I advise you to search for student exchange programs from the different institutes in your country because it might be faster than studying Hebrew.
