As far as i know there is only one institute in Israel that offers a PM program - The Galile International Management institute. A two weeks program that combines lectures, training and computerized workshops.

All the information you need about the admission and curriculum are in the institutes website and i advise you to contact them directly as soon as possible because the next course starts at January.
