There are a few institutes in Israel that offer medical degree programs for international students: The Technion, The Ben Gurion University, The Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University.
The admission changes a bit from institute to institute but in general in order to get in they requires a very high GPA of at least 3.4. Students must also send their MCAT scores or the equivalent of those in Canada and you will also need to finish premed studies.
