Scholarships for an Msc in agriculture in Israel
Hello George,

There are several institutes all over Israel that offer special master programs in agriculture for international students (students from all over the world including India) among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Weizmann Institute of Science and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Each institute present different admission so you need to apply each institute by itself.
candidates that want to apply for an Msc in agriculture in Israel must finish their undergraduate studies in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA score of 80 or above. if the students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency exam like TOEFL or IELTS (6.7). All candidates must present three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is also taken under account.
Each institute offers different scholarships to international students so i advise you to contact them directly to get all the information you need.

Thanks for reply, I am still finding it difficult to assess organizations and other donor and grant giving institutions to
international students wishing to study in Israel.

I have wish to do short term program in rice production using less water and nutrients. I also request that you please

There are a few institutes and schools in Israel that offer different short term courses and training programs for visitors and international students. Among those institutes you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each institute offer different courses and different scholarships for international students so i advise you to contact them directly to get more information and find the best program for you.

Regarding the financial assistance groups you've mentioned - unfortunately i can't help you contact them because we are a student forum and it's not part of what we do but i'm sure the different institutes in Israel could help you.
