There are a few institutes in Israel that offer international students the option to apply for a PhD program, among them: The Weizmann Institute of Science, The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, University of Haifa , The Hebrew University and more.

Applicants must finish a Masters thesis track in a well known academic institution. Their grade average has to be at least 80 (B), and the thesis grade must be 85 or higher and having a published article in a scientific journal will be an advantage.
