Studying homeland security in Israel

Homeland security studies are available in Israel as part of a masters' (MA) program, or as part of professional short courses.

The MA track can be studied at Tel Aviv University or at the University of Haifa. You can complete the MA in national security in one year. To apply, you usually need to have an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 80 or over.

As for the short training programs, these are available in several institutions, such as: ICSI - The Israeli College for Security and Investigations, or the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response. Both are located in Jerusalem. The duration of these programs is usually several weeks.
