There are two institute you can contact regarding security courses and training programs for international students: The Galilee International Management Institute and The ICSI - The Israeli College for Security and Investigations.
Each one offers different courses in different programs so iv'e attached a link at the end of my message that will send you to an article that provides more information about each program.
It might be a bit hard because you are only here for a short period of time but i'm sure they can offer you some good options to choose from.
