There are a few institutes in Israel that offer special courses for international students that wants to study Hebrew, among those institutes you can find: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Tel Aviv University, IDC Herzliya, The Hebrew University and more.
Each school and institute offer a different program so i advise you to contact some of them and get more information about each program so you can find the best one for you.
