The problem is we do not work with any specific school or university so i can give you any contact information.
What i can do is tell you that the program, held in The Tel Aviv University is a special program for international students that have a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field with an average of 80 or above.
The don't say how old you need to be or if there's an age limit for applying so i think you should contact the Tel Aviv university directly to get more information about the program, see if you can apply and get more information about the tuition and scholarship they offer.
