Hello Musa,

here are few institutes in Israel that offer special programs for international students. Among those you have a few that offer a master program in national security and terrorism: The Tel Aviv University and The University of Haifa.
The programs are in English and includes Modern Strategic Thought, Arab-Israeli Conflict, International Powers and the Middle East and more.
The Tel Aviv University and the University of Haifa both offer programs that are open to students and candidates who completed their undergraduate degree in history or social sciences with a GPA of 80 (3.0) or above.
All courses are in English so the candidates must present or pass pass an English proficiency test.
