A lot of Universities and institutes have different exchange programs with the different institutes in Israel.
Unfortunately i can't help you find the programs in which you can participate because you didn't tell me in which University you're going to study.
I advise you to contact your university to get the information you need bout the different exchange programs they have or contact us again with the name of your university so we can help you find the best program for you.

My university is University of Technology Chemnitz, Germany, and I think they dont have an exchange program with Israel.
Is it necessary that the University has an exchange program, or can I do a semester in Israel without exchange programm as well??
