There are few institutes in Israel that offer special programs for international students. Among those you have The Ben Gurion University that offer an M.Sc program in cyber security.
The program is in English and it includes Network Security, Security Aware Development, Attacks detection and more.
Candidates must present a B.A in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or any other relevant field with a GPA of 80 (3.0) or above.
