There are a few institutes in Israel that offer Msc programs in agriculture sciences, among those you can find The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ben Gurion University of the Negev and The Weizmann Institute of Science.
Each institute offer different programs and different scholarships that are usually given to students and candidates from countries with economical difficulties so you have a good chance to get a scholarship.
