Hello Emmanuel,

There are a few institutes in Israel that offer special programs for international students. Among those you can find a few that offer medical studies in Israel - The Technion, The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University and more.
The program is for students who finished or about to be finished with the pre-med program and they need to present a GPA of around 3.4.
